Can I book a round trip?

Absolutely. We offer round-trip bookings for all destinations including airports, cruise terminals, the Hamptons, and more. Just let us know your return date and time when you book.

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

No deposit is required for most bookings. Payment is collected 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time. For large group bookings or special events, we may request a small deposit to hold the reservation.

(8) Long Island Sunrise Ride reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

When a ride is fulfilled by an affiliated or contracted provider, that provider assumes full responsibility for the service rendered.
