Sunrise Ride Limousine provides 30 minutes (45 minutes for international arrivals requiring customs clearance)of free wait time on each airport arrival transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage.If you do not meet your chauffeur or call us within 30 minutes(45 minutes for int.arrivals)of your plane landing we will consider you a “no-show” and you will be charged in full for the reservations. 

Sunrise Ride Limousine and car services updates all flight arrival times and we arrive when your plane lands no matter whether you arrive late or early provided we have a correct flght number. 

All cancellations must be made within 48 hrs prior to your arrival.To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservations within 48 to 24 hours before service time.You must provide confirmation number for each reservation. (-Email your cancellation 48 hours -Phone cancellation 24 hours) 

Availabilty changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times.

Sunrise Ride Limousine will charge your credit card 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. 

No There is no car number or any kind of sign in the vehicles except for the name sign in the window at pick-up time. 

The industry standard tip is 20%.

Yes,Your personal driver is there to serve you from the moment he greets you until he drops you off safe and sound at your destination.  

Point to point additonal stops are $20.00(each stop)and if stop is longer than 15 minutes also waiting time charge($35.00 per hour).

All No Shows will be charged full rate.
